The EB-5 is an investor visa which aims to bring money and generate jobs in the country. To qualify for the EB-5, the investor must invest a minimum of $500,000 in a project nominated and approved by the US government, and generate a specific number of jobs for US citizens.
The path to the Green Card
Following the entire process, a provisional Green Card, lasting 24 months, is granted to the investor, spouse, and children under the age of 21. After these 2 years, the family receives definitive green cards.
