When buying property in the USA, you don't necessarily have to make a down payment. Many American banks offer loans to foreigners. The rates and conditions are not as good as those offered to Americans (for risk reasons), but they can still be very attractive. Depending on the region, the down payment varies between 25% and 70% (on average) with an average interest rate of 4.3% per year, a payment term of up to 30 years and fixed installments that can be paid off early.
How do I qualify for a mortgage?
You will need to provide proof of your income in Brazil and proof that you are able to absorb the monthly payments.
Don't be intimidated. It may seem complicated, but this process is much simpler and quicker than it seems.
